Payment
Strictly payment with order.
Goods are normally despatched with 24 hrs from receipt of order.
You will be advised by email when your order is despatched, and when to expect delivery.
If you do not receive a despatch notification, please email us. We may have had difficulties with your email address.
Software Licence Agreement.
A licence agreement is displayed during installation of Ideas Genie.
If you do not wish to accept the conditions of the agreement, please do not install the software.
Licence
Purchased copies of Ideas Genie are supplied with a licence. You use this licence to register Ideas Genie on our web site.
The software will run in evaluation (restricted) mode until the product is registered.
To emphasise, please be aware that you MUST have an internet connection to register Ideas Genie.
Since the licence details are revealed to the customer, the purchase price is non-refundable.
Evaluation copies of Ideas Genie are NOT supplied with a licence and are priced to cover Manufacture, Packing and Shipping. The cost of the evaluation CD is non refundable.
The price you pay for an evaluation copy is deducted if you decide to purchase a licence.
SWAP Library CD’s are not supplied on Evaluation, do not require on-line registration using a licence, are copy capable media and the costs for these products are therefore non-refundable.
Taxes
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all import duties, sales taxes, or other taxes.
Security
All outgoing and incoming email is screened using Norton Anti-Virus 2004.
We allow this software to conduct automatic Live Updates to ensure the most recent Anti Virus definitions are used for screening.

Warranty for goods provided.
Ideas Genie CD’s and SWAP Library CD’s are guaranteed for a period of 3 months.
A replacement will be supplied if a CD is found to be damaged or faulty within that time. Otherwise, goods supplied are non-returnable. (see Terms & Conditions)
Our software is fully tested before release to users. However, we acknowledge that it is not possible to guarantee that software is completely bug free.
In the event of a bug being reported, we are committed to applying a fix as a matter of urgency. Any such fixes are posted on the Ideas Genie Product Support Web Site as Program updates.
Program updates are normally released to introduce product enhancements, and can be downloaded free of charge by Ideas Genie users.
We use Norton Anti-Virus 2004 to check our products.
However, we recommend that customers run their own virus check on each CD before installation.
