GA901 (05) is a FIX program Problem reported on: 28th August 06 Fix issued on: 29th August 06
1. Do I need this fix? If you have seen the date Calendar when you run: a) the Tasks program GA047 or b) the Specimens program GA029
and you dont get a System Error message when you run these programs then you DO NOT need this fix
2. The initial error report
Error number 1734 Error message : property_OLECALENDAR1 is not found Line number: 0 Program method: GA100S26.INIT
If you get a System Error which generates an Error Number and Error Message similar to this, please read on
3. The symptoms Trevor from England reported that IG Pro gave a System Error
when running a tutorial for the Tasks program. He informed me that this occured when he got to the step where a calendar was to appear. The same thing happened in GA029.
Ideas Genie logs all system errors to an Error File You can view the Error File messages (example above) by running the program: Error File - GA199 on the System menu tab. Use the Error Message to report the problem by email.
4. Downloading The Fix There are two small downloads
First download and install this: GA901-05-dl.exe Ideas Genie Pro users should not need to change any settings. You can download AND install in one easy step if you choose the option: Run (not save) This download transports GA901.exe
When you download and install, GA901 is extracted from the download file, Be sure to take the option to overwrite the previous instance of GA901.
then download and install this: GA901-s05-ocx.exe Ideas Genie Pro users should not need to change any settings.

5. Applying the fix When both downloads have been installed: Start Ideas Genie Pro Start the program Special- GA901 under the System menu tab. Click Go
