Print Tasks & Events tracking sheets

After the seeds have been sown, its time for watch and wait, and to begin recording events.
With each task, there is an equivalent event
In Session 4 you used the program Plant Care Classifications-GA011 and set up

To help monitor the tasks and events, I developed a Tasks & Events Tracking system to the specifications of a professional grower.
The general idea is that you print off the Tracking Sheets for use in the greenhouse or garden and record progress as you carry out your tasks, and observe events.
You will find that the information on your tracking sheets will build up and provide a very concise and useful history , as each date in the growth cycle of each specimen is recorded.

You should update your computer records regularly from the Tracking Sheets, and print latest versions as required

Heres how to print off your Tasks & Events Tracking Sheets

  • Start the program Specimens - GA029
    Screenshot
  • Select a Gardener and Garden Area
  • Click on the This Garden Area button
All specimens defined for this Garden Area are listed

    Note the Events radio buttons
By default Show last done is on
  • Click the Show next to do radio button
The program now shows the dates for the next task planned for the specimens listed
  • Now click the Print button

  • In GA029S02 click the Print Preview button
  • Click the Print button
